Nuestra historia


La idea de Shakti se ha ido gestando desde hace bastantes años, como un centro de sanación Holística, donde, la premisa  de Hipócrates ha sido : “ Que el alimento sea tu medicina, y tu única medicina , tu alimento. Además de esto, realizar un tipo de medicina preventiva, teniendo en cuenta el estado de los 5 elementos que conforman el cuerpo , la emoción que impera en ese momento, los hábitos alimenticios y los hábitos de vida ( pareja, familia, deporte….etc.), que nos lleve a vivir una vida plena y saludable.

El yoga, el deporte y la nutrición son los pilares básicos para llegar a un estado de no mente, en el que no tengan cabida las preocupaciones y en el que el vivir  en los 5 sentidos,nos lleve a un estado de continua presencia.
